They are set to deploy advanced technology to transform the Smart Facility Management business.

Mr. Kayan Tantichatiwat, CEO of Metthier Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sky ICT Public Company Limited), also known as Sky Group, revealed that Sky Group is leveraging its expertise in smart security technology to establish a new business by launching Metthier Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive smart facility management services.

Following the acquisition of Siam Security and Administrative Services Co., Ltd. (Raksayam) or SAMCO, which offers a wide range of services including security, administrative tasks, and building maintenance with over 6,000 personnel, and serves more than 400 leading private sector clients across various industries such as finance, large shopping centers, office buildings, factories, and energy providers, the synergy between the two companies—Metthier's expertise in AI-Empowered Solutions, including smart security technology, combined with SAMCO's professionalism in security and building maintenance—will enable Metthier to robustly advance its Smart Facility Management business and create a New S-Curve for Sky Group's growth.
